3. Service Function

5. Liability and Limitation of Liability
- Mekmate is not responsible for quality, performance, prices, or other terms in agreements between Customer and Workshop.
- Any complaints, disputes, or claims for damages should be directed to the contracting party that performed or ordered the service.
- The service is provided as-is and the Service Provider makes no guarantees about functionality, availability, or error-free operation.
- The Service Provider's liability is in all respects limited to what follows from mandatory law.
6. Order History and Communication
- Order history is saved in the App and can be viewed by the respective user.
- Communication between Customer and Workshop takes place via the App to the extent the function supports this.
7. Personal Data (GDPR)
- The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
- Information about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate document.
8. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced in the App or via registered email. The new terms apply from the date specified. Continued use of the App means that you accept the new terms.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be tried in a Swedish court.
